You are currently looking for a Manager IT - Digital Content Management based in Mumbai. As the ideal candidate, you should have extensive experience in managing digital content for a consumer business, including collaboration with multiple partners and agencies. With a minimum of 6-8 years of experience, you must possess a strong track record in both full cycle implementation and support projects. Your expertise should extend to working with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms and various domains of digital marketing such as SEO, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Google Analytics. Previous experience in maintaining and enhancing digital assets within a multinational corporation or matrixed organization is highly desirable. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete management of digital marketing content across all platforms and business units. Your duties will include providing advisory support, implementing new technology initiatives to align with marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with brand and organizational guidelines. As a Manager IT - Digital Content Management, you will play a crucial role in introducing and supporting new digital marketing strategies from an IT perspective. Upholding strict governance over all digital content and assets, you will be tasked with ensuring regular updates and structured availability while offering training and support to enhance the skills of both IT and business users. Your proficiency in the latest Cloud and AI/ML services is essential for this position. Working in a cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with various stakeholders from IT, Sales, and Marketing. Additionally, you may be required to work independently and provide mentorship to junior team members. The educational qualifications preferred for this role include a BE/BTech/MBA degree with a specialization in Digital Content Management.
