Job Role & Responsibilities Sales Development Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, and industrial users. Promote PILOT Airless products in sectors like construction, infrastructure, fabrication, and industrial maintenance. Achieve defined sales targets and expand market share. Technical Consultation Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate airless spraying solutions. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical training. Advise customers on equipment selection, setup, and operation. Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and project decision-makers. Provide timely support and address customer inquiries or issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Share insights with management to help refine strategy and product offerings. After-Sales Coordination Support customers with installation, commissioning, and maintenance needs. Coordinate with the service team for technical assistance and warranty claims. Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales visits, opportunities, and customer interactions. Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports. Candidate Profile Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering. Experience: 2–4 years in technical sales of industrial equipment, paint machinery, or related products. Skills: Strong technical understanding of machinery or spray technology. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer-focused and self-motivated. Willingness to travel extensively.
