As a Regional/Cluster Dermatologist at Skinnsi, you will be responsible for leading dermatology operations across multiple locations. Your role will involve overseeing clinical excellence, ensuring safety protocols, training teams, and providing expert consultations to clients. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing dermatology services in the assigned region/cluster, ensuring high-quality and consistent clinical outcomes in skin procedures, supervising and guiding therapists & technicians, conducting virtual and in-person dermatological consultations for clients, maintaining clinical protocols, supporting in the onboarding and training of staff, reviewing complex cases, collaborating with customer experience teams, auditing treatment quality, participating in internal audits and training modules, and working closely with other teams to enhance customer experience. To qualify for this role, you must have an MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology, along with 3-8 years of clinical dermatology experience. Experience in aesthetic dermatology, laser hair reduction, anti-aging treatments, pigmentation management, and other aesthetic procedures is preferred. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and client-handling skills are essential. You should be comfortable with both in-person and tele-dermatology consultations and be flexible to travel within the assigned region/cluster. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses offered. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Dermatologist, 2 years of experience in laser hair removal, PRP, Botox, peels, hydra facial, 1 year of experience in Sales & Business Development, and 1 year of experience in PNL.
