You should hold a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience. Your expertise should include civil Dam construction, sluice and remote site experience, hydraulic structure construction, pier foundation, testing of soils and rock material, pressurized irrigation system, laying of pipelines (DI/MS/HDPE), OHSR/ESR/pump house, in-take well, electro-mechanical work (pumps/panels/internal piping/EOT Crane/Chlorination system, Transformer. Your responsibilities will involve preventing rectification work, approving execution for next stages, random witnessing of the work and surveillance, preparing method statements/job procedures, documentation, and consultancy to HOD/Project Manager. You will also be tasked with measuring work progress for billing, reconciliation of material, ensuring quality and safety norms and documentation, taking proactive actions for material/manpower planning, and coordinating with agencies/subcontractors/TPI/cross-functional departments, handling visits, etc. This is a full-time position with benefits including provided food. The schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts. A Diploma is required as the minimum education qualification. You should have 3 years of experience in civil construction, 1 year in water pipeline projects, and 2 years in dam construction (preferred). A willingness to travel 50% of the time is required.
