As a Process Design & Engineering Professional with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Preparation of preliminary Process design for various systems including Pretreatment, Reverse Osmosis, Chemical dosing system, Sludge treatment, and Post treatment - Proficiency in RO membrane design and UF membrane design using vendor software such as Wave, IMS Design, Toray DS, Inge, etc. - Selection of process technology based on feedwater characteristics and conducting process calculations, membrane selection, filters selection, hydraulic calculation, pressure drop calculation, line sizing, and preparation of layout, PFD, P&ID, HFD, electrical load list - Prepare enquiry documents (RFQ), scopes of work, datasheets for valves, pumps, and other engineering items required for RO desalination projects - Preparation of Control philosophy, O&M manual for project execution - Interact closely with PLC engineer for logic development, participate in technical meetings, decision making, and coordination with clients - Prepare technical evaluation and comparison of documents from different manufacturers independently - Flexibility to travel long term/short term to project sites and client/consultant offices for document approval and site technical issue resolution For Industrial Treatment Systems experience, the key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of preliminary Process design for Oil removal system, Biological Treatment, Pretreatment, Reverse Osmosis, Chemical dosing system, Sludge treatment, Conventional DM Plant, CPU, and Evaporator - Similar to the above role, you will be involved in process technology selection, calculations, membrane selection, filters selection, hydraulic calculation, pressure drop calculation, line sizing, and document preparation - Engage in preparing enquiry documents, scopes of work, datasheets for valves, pumps, and other engineering items required for projects - Preparation of Control philosophy, O&M manual, interaction with PLC engineer, participation in technical meetings, decision making, and coordination with clients - Conduct technical evaluation and comparison of documents from different manufacturers independently - Willingness to travel long term/short term to project sites and client/consultant offices for document approval and site technical issue resolution Please note that the above responsibilities are indicative and may vary based on specific project requirements.,

You must have extensive knowledge of Main Plant accessories and be skilled in understanding ITO inputs for Technical Proposals. You must have experience in creating new Arrangement drawings and Bills of Materials aligned with P&ID Schematics, as well as preparing Ordering Specifications/Functional Specifications Modification Kits and FMI (Field Modification Instruction manuals). Demonstrated ownership and decision-making skills in design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing, and fabrication, are required. As an Engineer, you should have served as the primary interface with customers, ensuring the implementation of design requirements, changes, analysis, and verification. Planning, executing, and delivering tasks on time, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality, is a key responsibility. Excellent coordination skills with Cross-Functional Teams, including Customers, Suppliers, Configuration Team, and Electrical Team, are essential.
