Area/Territory: KPHB, Chandanagar, Sanathnagar, Erragadda, Narsingi, Rahatmath Nagar, Serilingampally Roles and Responsibilities Primary sales responsibility is to develop GT Market in the territory Responsible for appointment of Distributors for expansion of the market Meeting the sales targets and to set the goals in assigned area Understand and serve the needs of the market Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement Conduct market research to understand the competitors brand strategy Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence Developing the different sales strategies and setting the goals to achieve performance Continuous monitoring of team performance through the Digital Apps Provides proper MIS/ competitive activities to HO, by putting an effective system to capture the same from the market & the team Desired Candidate Profile A Graduate/pursuing with minimum 6 years specific experience of Hyderabad markets Experience in selling FMCG products like Spices / Masala / Pickles / Commodity Ability to appoint and manage Distributors Good in analytical knowledge with Facts & Figures Ability to motivate and lead a team of front-line Sales Proven capacity of leading a sales team Must be good at Local language Telugu Note: Product line experience matches: Spices, Pickles, Personal care
