The ideal candidate for this position should possess a bachelor's or equivalent degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience in Automation, Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes. It is essential to have experience in the SAP EWM module and at least one end-to-end SAP EWM Implementation. Key areas of expertise include Goods Receipt, Inspection, Deconsolidation, Physical Inventory, Replenishment, Wave Processing, Picking/Packing, Shipping, and Inspection. Supporting Business Users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is a crucial aspect of the role. The candidate should excel in Functional Specification and Documentation, have knowledge of interfaces with BI & XI, and the ability to read and understand Programs. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with project and talent management experience are required. Previous experience with project management and a desire to work in a management consulting environment is highly desirable. As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will involve addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be involved in developing proposals, contributing to the solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will conduct demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements. Leading small projects, contributing to organizational initiatives, and delivering high-quality solutions to customers are key expectations. The ability to develop value-creating strategies, understand software configuration management systems, stay updated on industry trends, and possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. You should also be familiar with financial processes, pricing models, SDLC, and agile methodologies. Client interfacing skills, project and team management abilities, and industry domain knowledge are important for success in this role. This position may require working in various locations across India, including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Jaipur, and Vizag.
