You are a skilled worker who will be supporting logistics and packaging operations at Sree Kailash Logistics in Thiruvananthapuram. Your role will involve operating warehouse machinery like forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging equipment, managing goods loading/unloading, ensuring proper inventory storage/handling, assisting in packaging/sorting/dispatch activities, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: - Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging equipment. - Manage loading and unloading of goods as per dispatch requirements. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory. - Assist in packaging, sorting, and dispatch activities. - Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance on the warehouse floor. Eligibility Criteria: - 12 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment. - Skilled in operating machinery/tools used in logistics operations. - Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts. - Ability to follow safety standards and SOPs. Preferred Background: - Previous experience in logistics companies, warehousing, distribution, FMCG, or supply chain units would be advantageous.
