Picker and Packer – Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Picker and Packer team members to join our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from inventory according to order lists
• Pack items securely for shipping
• Label packages accurately
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [weight, e.g., 20lbs]
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic reading and counting skills
• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus, but not required
