As the Technical Head at our Rapier Jacquard Factory located in Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Sachin Palsana Road, Surat, you will be responsible for managing the technical operations of high-speed Itema Rapier Jacquard machines with a width of 380-320 cm at our weaving unit. Your primary focus will be on ensuring machine efficiency, meeting maintenance requirements, and achieving production targets. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E. degree in Textile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the textile weaving industry. It is essential that you possess hands-on experience with high-speed rapier Jacquard looms such as Itema, Picanol, or similar machines. Your strong knowledge of loom settings, fine-tuning techniques, and machine maintenance will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Fine-tuning the machines to optimize performance - Improving efficiency and maintaining consistent production levels - Performing routine and preventive maintenance on machinery - Conducting daily meetings with the team to ensure smooth operations - Providing daily reports to the company directors - Keeping accurate records, reports, and documentation - Managing spare parts stock and ensuring availability In addition to technical responsibilities, you will lead a team consisting of production and quality masters, fitters, and beam gaters. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding and inspiring your team to achieve operational excellence.
