Position Overview

Piano Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline, in-person one-on-one or small group piano lessons
• Tailor lesson plans to match each students age, skill level, and musical goals
• Provide regular feedback, assignments, and updates to support student progress
• Prepare students for exams (e.g., Trinity, ABRSM), performances, or competitions
• Maintain a consistent and reliable teaching schedule
• Communicate effectively with parents and students
• Participate in academy events, recitals, and faculty meetings as needed

Qualifications Required:

• Strong proficiency in piano performance and teaching
• Prior experience teaching students across age groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

Preferred:

• Music degree or diploma
• Certification from Trinity/ABRSM or equivalent
• Ability to teach both theory and practical components
