Job Title : Physiotherapist (BPT) Digital Health Focus Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT) to join our healthcare team, with a specific interest in digital health and virtual pulmonary rehabilitation. T This role requires the candidate to be ready for immediate joining and adaptable to both in-office and virtual work environments. Key Responsibilities : Assessment & Diagnosis :Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluate physical conditions, injuries, and mobility issues. Identify musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions requiring physiotherapy treatment. Treatment Plans :Develop and implement customized physiotherapy plans based on patients medical conditions and goals, with a focus on digital health tools. Administer physical therapy treatments, exercises, and modalities. Patient Education :Educate patients and their families about physiotherapy treatments, injury prevention, and health maintenance. Provide guidance on exercises and lifestyle changes to improve overall well-being, including virtual therapy platforms. Rehabilitation :Assist patients in recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and quality of life. Provide virtual pulmonary rehabilitation services using digital tools to support patient progress. Documentation & Reporting :Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes.Collaborate with medical professionals and provide reports on patient progress, especially for virtual rehab cases. Create Educational Content :Develop and create engaging educational content for social media platforms, focusing on lung health, breathing exercises, and the importance of pulmonary rehabilitation.Promote the BreatheFree app and its features, helping to increase user engagement and education. Requirements : Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or registration with the relevant professional body (if applicable in the region). Experience : 0 to 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience. Prior experience in digital health or virtual rehabilitation is a plus but not mandatory. Skills & Competencies : Strong knowledge of human anatomy, musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular systems. Proficiency in physical assessment techniques and rehabilitation exercises. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including virtual platforms. Good communication skills and the ability to explain medical concepts to patients in an understandable manner. Ability to work effectively with digital health tools and virtual rehabilitation software. Empathy, patience, and a patient-focused attitude. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage patient schedules, including virtual sessions. Personal Attributes : Willingness to work in the digital health space, specifically virtual pulmonary rehabilitation. Ability to work both from the office (4 weekdays) and remotely (weekends). Immediate joining required. Compassionate and dedicated to improving patient health. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle physically demanding work. Certification in specialized physiotherapy fields such as sports rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, or cardio-respiratory (optional but preferred). Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms. Fluency in local languages or any other regional language (if applicable).
