Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1+ year of experience in 3D animation, preferably in the gaming industry. - Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max for animation creation. - Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for animation implementation. - Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and fluidity. - Knowledge of rigging and skinning is a plus. - Ability to work with motion capture data and refine animations. - Understanding of game development workflows and animation pipelines. - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
