Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons for Grades 9 to 12, as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare students for board examinations with strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Design and implement innovative teaching strategies, including practical experiments and projects.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school-wide academic programs and activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline.
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Physics at the high school level under CBSE curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Candidates with long notice periods will not be considered.
• Must be willing to relocate to Kolhapur.
