Job Description – Part-Time Physics Faculty

Position: Part-Time Physics Faculty (Class 11 & 12)

Working Days: Wednesday & Saturday
Timings: As per academic schedule

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to students of Grade 11 and 12 with clarity and strong subject knowledge.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice sessions aligned with the curriculum.
• Foster interactive and engaging classroom discussions to improve conceptual understanding.
• Assess, monitor, and support students’ academic progress.
• Provide guidance for competitive exam preparation (NEET/JEE) where applicable.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, motivating learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Physics (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics or related field).
• Prior teaching experience at PU/Junior College level (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding.
• Strong commitment, punctuality, and passion for teaching.
