Job Description Seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Structural Simulation Engineer with expertise in CAD , CAE tools (CAESAM Desktop for ISAMI) , and physics-based simulations . The ideal candidate will contribute to engineering design , in-service repair analysis , and stress assessment for wing perimeter structures in aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities: Perform structural simulations and stress analysis using CAE tools such as CAESAM Desktop for ISAMI . Support in-service repair evaluations for wing perimeter structures , ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards. Develop and validate physics-based computer simulations for structural integrity and performance. Collaborate with design teams to integrate simulation results into engineering design workflows. Create and maintain detailed CAD models and engineering documentation . Conduct damage tolerance and fatigue analysis for repair scenarios. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , or related field. 3-7 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis and simulation . Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and CAE platforms (especially CAESAM , ISAMI ). Strong understanding of aerospace materials , load paths , and repair methodologies . Experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) and physics-based simulation tools . Familiarity with aircraft certification standards and in-service support . Preferred Skills: Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools like ANSYS , NASTRAN , or HyperMesh . Knowledge of aircraft structural repair manuals (SRMs) . Exposure to digital twin or model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is a plus.
