Coordinate with service partners for SLA Compliance related to service delivery by outsourced team as per set SLAs. 15. Ensure Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly reporting as per defined frequency. 16. Identification, documentation, reporting of any short fall observed in SLA compliance monitoring to the service partner and closure. 17. Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities. 18. Shall ensure all processes are followed in compliance of security services related to Quality management system 19. Maintain good liaison with local police, Fire Brigade and other authorities connected with security and safety matters. 20. Responsible for Cost monitoring, billing related to service delivery. 21. Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
