Able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision. Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation. Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Able to interact at all levels and across diverse cultures. Able to present clear presentations and instructions to support the use of multi-platform digital tools. Computer skills; Microsoft Office and Smartsheet. Knowledge physical security or safety audit software platform, preferred. Conduct daily on the job training and provide guidance to contractor security personal on post Responsible for ensuring all security vehicles and shuttles are inspected on a daily to ensure safe operation and any required maintenance is completed in accordance with policies and recommendations. Responsible for the overall radio communications during a shift to ensure clear communication throughout the facility and proper radio etiquette is followed. Order, assign, and inventory all security gear and property. Ensure key control is in compliances with set policies and procedures. Order and issue permanent badges for employees, extended workforce members (xWF), and visitors. Repair and programme radios and laptops. Provide relief service for on duty personnel as needed and /or scheduled.
