Job Description – Physical Education Teacher

Location: Nagercoil
Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed
Experience: 2–5 Years (Experience in CBSE schools preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct physical education classes as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Promote physical fitness, health awareness, and overall well-being among students.
• Organize inter-house, inter-school, and annual sports competitions.
• Train students for various sports and athletic events at district and state levels.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and active participation during physical training sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans and maintain student performance records.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all sports equipment and facilities.
• Encourage teamwork, leadership qualities, and sportsmanship among students.
• Coordinate with teachers and management for school sports programs and events.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of sports, fitness, and health education.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to engage and manage students effectively.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and injury management.
• Energetic, disciplined, and student-friendly personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
