We are seeking an experienced plumber to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and fixtures in various types of buildings. Your responsibilities will include designing and inspecting plumbing systems to ensure compliance with regulatory codes. To succeed in this role, you must possess the ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and have strong technical skills. Being adept at troubleshooting and enjoying customer interactions are key qualities for excelling in this position. Responsibilities: - Interpret blueprints for plumbing installations and layouts. - Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures. - Fit and repair household appliances. - Cut, weld, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures. - Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and code compliance. - Address customer queries and respond to service calls. - Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues. - Provide cost estimates. Requirements: - Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship. - Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience. - Valid plumbing license. - Proficiency in water supply, heating, and ventilation systems. - Ability to read blueprints and use plumbing tools. - Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patient and physically dexterous.
