As a Team Lead, you will spearhead web application development and offer expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, spanning from conception through design to testing. Responsibilities: - Develop a top-notch web application from the ground up. - Implement responsive and adaptive web pages. - Identify and convey best practices for front-end engineering. - Create, maintain, and optimize efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure superior performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. - Deploy automated testing platforms and unit tests. - Effectively lead a team of developers. - Oversee the software development lifecycle in accordance with the specified requirements. - Manage the team, liaise with clients to grasp their needs, conduct thorough analysis and feedback, and brief the team accordingly.
