Role Overview: As a WordPress Developer, your main responsibility will be designing and developing WordPress websites from the initial concept to final implementation. This will involve custom theme development and plugin integration. Your role will also encompass back-end development tasks such as managing server-side logic, database management, and ensuring smooth data exchange between the server and the user. Key Responsibilities: - Front-end Development: Build and customize user interfaces using languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Performance Optimization: Ensure websites load quickly and efficiently by implementing techniques such as caching and code optimization. - Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and performance. - Security Measures: Implement security protocols to safeguard websites from cyber threats. - Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to create seamless digital experiences. - Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest WordPress trends, security best practices, and industry innovations. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in PHP for WordPress back-end development. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development. - Deep understanding of the WordPress CMS and its ecosystem. - Knowledge of database management, particularly MySQL. - Experience with version control tools like Git. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities with team members.
