PHP & React Developer

Role Overview: You are a proactive and skilled Lead PHP & React Developer responsible for taking full ownership of projects. As a technical leader, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, translating business needs into successful products. Your role involves leading development, managing server environments, and ensuring a smooth process from requirement gathering to deployment and beyond. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of projects, leading development from initial requirement gathering to final deployment. - Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP (with a focus on Laravel or Symfony) and create dynamic user interfaces with React.js. - Understand and manage Linux Virtual Private Servers (VPS) for application hosting, including server setup, configuration, security, and maintenance. - Plan and execute application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with project goals. - Oversee code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Utilize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build intuitive and responsive user experiences. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a full-stack developer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project management. - Extensive experience with PHP and at least one modern framework (Laravel, Symfony, etc.). - Expertise in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, etc.). - Experience with Linux server administration (VPS), including command-line tools, SSH, and web server configuration. - Proficiency in database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API development. - Advanced skills in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS (and preprocessors like SASS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Experience with code versioning tools (Git).
