We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Laravel 9 and above , strong object-oriented PHP programming skills, and hands-on experience building large-scale web applications . The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the healthcare domain and will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for our multi-tenant Laravel-based healthcare information system (HIMES). This role demands strong technical leadership, a passion for best practices, and the ability to mentor engineers while ensuring scalable and secure architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of Laravel-based modules, APIs, and backend systems. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing components for a multi-tenant Laravel application . Guide and enforce adherence to Laravel best practices , SOLID principles & patterns . Review code, provide technical mentorship, and ensure high code quality. Collaborate with Technical Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery plans. Handle API integrations , queue management , event handling , and asynchronous job processing using Laravels modern features. Conduct performance profiling, query optimization, and ensure database efficiency. Contribute to tech decisions, including microservices , modular design , and API versioning . Support the team in troubleshooting complex issues, root cause analysis, and resolution. Key Requirements Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience in Laravel 9 and above , including the latest features. Expert in PHP OOP , Eloquent ORM , Laravel queues , events , Sanctum/Passport , route model binding , middleware , job scheduling , and API authentication . Experience working in a multi-tenant, modular Laravel application environment. Good understanding of SQL (SQL Server) with ability to write optimized queries and work with large datasets. Familiarity with Redis , API rate limiting , queue drivers , broadcasting , WebSockets , and caching strategies . Experience integrating with RESTful APIs , third-party services, and webhooks . Proficient in version control (Git), Docker basics, and CI/CD workflows. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare product development (EHR/EMR/HIS) or regulated industries . Experience with Postman , Swagger/OpenAPI , unit testing (PHPUnit/Pest), and Laravel Telescope/Debugbar . Why Join Us?
