You will be joining us as a Core PHP Developer with 2-5 years of experience, based in Chennai and working in the office. Your main responsibility will involve managing back-end web services and ensuring seamless data exchange between the server and users. It will be crucial for you to focus on developing robust server-side logic, maintaining the central database, and guaranteeing high performance and responsiveness for remote clients. Given the critical nature of these web services which operate round the clock with high data throughput, your code must adhere to top standards of resilience and efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in integrating front-end elements into internal web applications, hence requiring a basic understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Your skill set should include expertise and practical experience in Core PHP, along with a grasp of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, familiarity with accessibility and security compliance, and a strong understanding of common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions will be essential. You should also have a good grasp of fundamental design principles for scalable applications, experience with user authentication and authorization across various systems, servers, and environments, and the ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system. Furthermore, you should be well-versed in the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds, proficient in creating database schemas, and have a high level of proficiency in MySQL and query language optimization. Experience with code versioning tools like Subversion and Git will be beneficial in this role.,
