Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, engaging with customers, and delivering exceptional service. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, conducting training sessions as needed, and driving revenue growth by identifying and acting upon new business opportunities. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members Proven skills in Sales and the ability to identify potential leads and close deals Experience in Sales Management and Training for organizing and managing a sales team Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Previous experience in IT or related industries is a plus
