As a PHP Developer specializing in VTiger CRM, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust CRM solutions that meet the needs of clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining custom modules and extensions for VTiger CRM, collaborating with project managers and team members to gather and analyze requirements, designing, implementing, and testing new features and functionalities, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications through optimization techniques, integrating third-party APIs and services, debugging and troubleshooting existing applications, writing clean, scalable, and efficient PHP code according to best practices, conducting code reviews, collaborating with designers for effective UI/UX implementation, maintaining documentation for software functionality and updates, participating in team meetings, staying updated with emerging technologies, working with databases to ensure data consistency and integrity, assisting in training junior developers, providing support during deployment and maintenance stages of projects. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in VTiger CRM, strong understanding of PHP frameworks and best practices, experience with MySQL database management and optimization, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation, experience using version control systems such as Git, knowledge of Agile development methodologies, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills both written and verbal, experience in client-facing roles and handling technical support, understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), attention to detail, a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, willingness to learn and grow within the company, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
