PHP Developer(VTiger CRM)

As a PHP Developer at Aarushi Infotech, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain custom modules and extensions for VTiger CRM. You will collaborate closely with project managers and team members to gather and analyze requirements. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and testing new features and functionalities in VTiger CRM, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications through optimization techniques. Additionally, you will integrate third-party APIs and services for enhanced functionality and perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing applications. Qualifications required for the role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in VTiger CRM, strong understanding of PHP frameworks and best practices, experience with MySQL database management and optimization, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation, experience using version control systems such as Git, knowledge of Agile development methodologies, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, experience in client-facing roles and handling technical support, understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), attention to detail, passion for delivering high-quality solutions, willingness to learn and grow within the company, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. In this role, you will also be expected to conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, collaborate with designers to ensure effective UI/UX implementation, maintain documentation for software functionality and updates, participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution, stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve solutions, work with databases to ensure data consistency and integrity, assist in training junior developers on VTiger CRM functionalities, and provide support during the deployment and maintenance stages of projects.
