Role Overview: You will be a PHP Developer with 35 years of experience, specializing in building scalable applications using the Laravel framework. Your responsibilities will include developing web applications, integrating RESTful APIs, optimizing performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in Agile practices, mentoring junior developers, managing servers, and communicating effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP). - Build and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth client-server communication. - Optimize application performance, ensure security standards, and conduct code refactoring. - Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA engineers for high-quality releases. - Participate in Agile development practices and conduct code reviews. - Mentor junior developers, uphold clean coding standards, and write thorough documentation. - Use AI-assisted development tools for coding efficiency and productivity. - Manage tasks effectively, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a customer-centered attitude. - Manage servers, server infrastructure, and communicate with clients to understand their needs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. - 35 years of PHP development experience with at least 23 years in Laravel. - Experience with MySQL, database schema design, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. - Hands-on experience in authentication, authorization, and role-based access control in Laravel. - Familiarity with Redis for caching, Git, unit testing, debugging, and performance profiling. - Understanding of UI/UX design, security best practices, API protection, and error handling. - Ability to use AI tools for daily productivity and strong communication skills. - Willingness to learn modern technologies and skills as required by the project.
