PHP and Symfony Developer

As an experienced PHP and Symfony developer, you will be joining our growing development team at a UK based company with a Branch in Jalandhar. This job offers the potential for an overseas secondment based on your progress within the company. While our projects have primarily been focused internally, we are now expanding to win external client projects, providing you with an excellent opportunity for career advancement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Symfony and PHP, along with MySQL, Jquery, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Laravel. - Proficiency in at least one popular CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Dolphin, Magento, or Os Commerce) would be advantageous. - Develop technical specifications and write high-quality source code within defined project standards and deadlines. - Conduct unit testing on source code as needed before handing it over to the test/quality assurance teams. - Perform maintenance on source code, troubleshoot and resolve bugs when necessary. - Design and implement custom enhancements to meet specific customer requirements. - Evaluate new technologies and methodologies periodically for potential integration into upcoming projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP (Required) - Minimum 5 years of experience in Symfony (Required) This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and the option to work from home.
