Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Take over the existing Laravel-based CRM backend and ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, product, and operations) to implement new features and resolve issues.
Build and maintain APIs, web services, and backend systems.
Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues in MySQL.
Monitor and debug live environments and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure code quality through version control (Git) and follow best practices.
Manage third-party service integrations such as payment gateways, email services (SendGrid/Mailgun), and CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework (minimum 2 years).
Hands-on experience in RESTful API development and integration.
Solid understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL and query optimization.
Proficient with Git version control.
Experience in managing server-side logic, roles & permissions, and modular architecture.
Familiarity with cron jobs, queue management, and deployment workflows.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
