Full Stack Developer (PHP Laravel + React) Remote | Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in PHP Laravel and React.js to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable applications, collaborating across departments, and contributing ideas that improve both product functionality and user experience. As part of our growing team, you will work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Marketing teams to deliver structured, engaging, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and React.js Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Content teams to ensure smooth project execution Translate feature requirements and wireframes into fully functional, user-friendly solutions Optimize performance, layouts, and navigation to enhance overall usability and reduce technical debt Ensure consistent implementation of features across programmes/products Write clean, maintainable code with best practices and documentation Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with PHP Laravel and React.js Proficiency in REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and modern front-end frameworks Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows Experience in optimizing performance and improving UI/UX in web applications Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, or learning platforms Knowledge of DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments) Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility standards What We Offer 100% Remote, Full-Time opportunity Work with a collaborative, forward-thinking international team Chance to contribute to meaningful and growing learning products Professional growth and ownership of impactful projects Supportive culture where ideas and innovation are valued
