Role Overview: As a designer at Vibha Innovation Management & Private Ltd., operating under the brand "Lets Gift It", you will be responsible for designing and customizing various gift products such as mugs, t-shirts, hampers, boxes, and promotional merchandise. Your role will involve creating mock-ups and visual presentations for client approvals and proposals. Additionally, you will need to prepare print-ready files with correct specifications including CMYK, 300 DPI, bleed, and safe margins. You will play a crucial part in adapting company and client branding across different gift items, collaborating with the sales & corporate gifting team to design concepts for bulk orders, and developing creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and festive promotions. It is essential to maintain organized design assets, PSD files, and templates for repeated use, ensuring that designs are delivered on time with accuracy and attention to detail. Staying updated with the latest design trends in customized gifting and packaging will be a key aspect of your role, along with collaborating with vendors/printing partners to ensure smooth production and quality output.
