You will work closely with engineering and IT services teams to identify, evaluate, and hire top tech talent.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end technical recruitment for roles across .NET, Java, Angular, React, iOS, Android, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and headhunting.Conduct initial screening and technical evaluation coordination.Manage interview schedules, feedback loops, offer negotiations, and onboarding.Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Desired Candidate Profile:4 to 10 years of experience in technical hiring for digital engineering and IT services.Strong understanding of current technologies, development frameworks, and cloud platforms.Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing tech candidates.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
