Photo - Video Editor

This is a full-time on-site role for a *Photo Video Editor* located in *Tripunithura, Ernakulam, at **AADYA*.
The Photo Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality visual content that showcases AADYA’s ethnic wear collection. This includes creating content for digital marketing campaigns, product catalogs, social media platforms, and the boutique’s website.The role requires a creative individual who can enhance the brand's visual identity and ensure all content aligns with the company’s aesthetic and quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Edit and retouch photos and videos of product lines for use in promotional materials, social media, and websites.

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content meets brand guidelines and marketing goals.

- Manage all aspects of post-production including color correction, sound design, and video effects.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.

- Meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

*Qualifications*:

- *Minimum 1 year of experience* in photo and video editing, preferably in fashion or retail.

- A strong portfolio showcasing professional photography and videography projects.

- Proficiency in *Adobe Creative Suite, especially **Lightroom, **Premiere Pro, and **Photoshop*.

- Expertise in photo and video editing, including color correction, retouching, and post-processing.

- Knowledge of modern photography and videography techniques, and experience using professional-grade equipment.

- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with content creation for *social media platforms* such as Instagram and Facebook.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in fashion retail, digital media, or graphic design is a plus.

*Salary*:

- *₹12,000 per month* for the first 6 months.

- Performance-based increment after the initial 6-month period.
