Your responsibilities will include creating, editing, and manipulating high-quality images and graphics in Adobe Photoshop. Collaborating with designers, photographers, and marketing teams, you will develop visual content that aligns with project objectives. Additionally, you will retouch and enhance photographs, create original digital artworks for diverse platforms, and optimize images for web usage. Ensuring consistency in branding and adhering to design guidelines across all projects is crucial. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Photoshop Artist. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software such as Illustrator and Lightroom is advantageous. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photo editing, retouching, and graphic creation is essential. Moreover, an excellent understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and design principles, along with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, is required. Staying updated with the latest Photoshop tools, techniques, and design trends is expected. While a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
