Photo Editor – Color Grading & Retouching

About Muddyearth:
Muddyearth is a premium wedding photography company working across India, known for its cinematic style and elegant visual storytelling. We’re looking for a Photo Editor who can bring our wedding stories to life through detailed selection, color grading, and fine retouching.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Photo selection (culling) from wedding events using Adobe Lightroom
• Professional color correction and tone matching based on Muddyearth’s visual style
• Exporting and organizing high-quality final images
• Detailed skin and portrait retouching in Adobe Photoshop (without losing natural look)
• Maintaining consistency in color and tone across all projects
• Working closely with the post-production head to meet delivery timelines

Requirements:

• Strong command of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Good visual sense of color, contrast, and skin tone balance
• Ability to handle large wedding photo sets (2,000–5,000 images)
• Knowledge of non-destructive editing and clean workflow
• Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolio may apply)
