Role & responsibilities : Phosphoric acid production or similar fields. Major equipment operation: Horizontal Belt Filter, Evaporators, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers. Monitoring & Controlling the Process parameter as per SOP. Efficiency Operations and working with PLC/DCS more preferable. Production Calculation, Manpower Management & Management Reports. Inter Department relations, Communication with positive coordination. Recording and maintaining accurate, timely log data of equipment and closely following their performances. Preparing and hand over equipment in a safe manner to maintenance staff for repair and get back in service after checks as per PTW procedure Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards. Performing optimization tests & Performing risk assessments Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates. Preferred candidate profile : Qualification: B. Tech/Diploma (Chemical), BSc (Chemistry) Phosphoric Acid Plant J.D. for Production Team Preferable Candidates: 1. Pradeep phosphates 2. Indorama 3. Ostwal 4. Tanfac 5. Spic 6. Coromandel 7. Fact 8.
