You will be stepping into the role of an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the Phosphating domain within the Chemical industry. Based in Pune, you will directly report to the Business Segment Head. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or BE Chemical with an MBA being preferred. With at least 4-12+ years of experience in Phosphating/Pre-treatment, you will be tasked with various responsibilities. Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth within the phosphating segment by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. You will be required to develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and implement strategic business development plans. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution. To excel in this role, you must possess an in-depth understanding of phosphating processes. Additionally, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be highly valued.
