NOTE : IMMEDIATE JOINER MUST REQUIRED Key Duties and Responsibilities Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients according to recipes. Cleaning and Sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans; cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, and floors; and ensuring all kitchen areas meet hygiene standards. Inventory and Stocking: Unloading deliveries, organizing food supplies, checking inventory levels, and restocking ingredients and other kitchen supplies. Assisting Kitchen Staff: Providing support to chefs and cooks with meal preparation, cooking, and other requests as needed. Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to all food safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal of waste. Required Skills Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Teamwork: Working effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Attention to Detail: Accurately preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness. Communication: Following instructions and communicating effectively with kitchen staff. Basic Culinary Skills: Familiarity with basic knife skills and cooking equipment.
