PHLEBOTOMY TRAINER

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions in venipuncture, capillary puncture, specimen collection, handling, and labeling.
• Demonstrate and supervise proper infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide clear instructions on anatomy, physiology related to blood collection, and patient communication skills.
• Assess trainees’ knowledge and practical performance through written tests, skills checklists, and competency evaluations.
• Ensure training materials, equipment, and supplies are maintained and available.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and remedial training to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
• Keep accurate training records and prepare reports on trainee progress.
• Stay updated with current phlebotomy techniques, guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
• Promote a professional, ethical, and patient-centered approach to phlebotomy practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
