Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patients homes for blood sample collection as per scheduled appointments.
  
• Verify patient identity and explain the procedure to ensure comfort and cooperation.
  
• Collect blood samples using standard phlebotomy techniques with strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  
• Label and store collected samples properly to avoid mix-ups or contamination.
  
• Transport samples securely to the designated laboratory within specified timelines.
  
• Maintain accurate records of collections, patient interactions, and reports.
  
• Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and maintain stock of collection kits.
  
• Handle patients with care, including elderly or pediatric patients.
  
• Provide high-quality service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  Diploma / Certification in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or relevant field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 years of experience in blood sample collection preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of infection control and biomedical waste disposal.
  

• Other Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle with valid driving license.
