Full Time
Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture and finger-stick techniques.
Label, store, and transport samples accurately to the laboratory.
Verify patient identity and explain procedures to reduce anxiety.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of collection areas and equipment.
Follow all infection control and biohazard safety procedures.
Handle specimens with care to avoid contamination or mix-ups.
Record and update patient information and test logs.
Assist laboratory technicians in preparing samples for analysis.
Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and request restocks when needed.
Provide excellent patient service, especially to children, elderly, or nervous patients.
Diploma / Certificate in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers can apply).
Good knowledge of venipuncture techniques and sample handling.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
Ability to work under pressure and follow safety protocols.
