We are looking for a skilled and caring Phlebotomist to join our pathology laboratory. The role involves safely collecting blood and other samples from patients, ensuring accurate labeling, and maintaining proper handling for testing. A good phlebotomist makes patients feel comfortable and follows all safety and hygiene rules. Key Responsibilities: Collect blood and other samples from patients (adults & children) using proper techniques. Label, record, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Follow safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols. Provide a calm and supportive experience for patients during sample collection. Maintain cleanliness of work area and manage phlebotomy supplies. Assist laboratory team with routine tasks when needed. Requirements: Certificate/Diploma in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). Experience in venipuncture and sample collection preferred (freshers can apply). Good communication skills and a caring, patient-friendly approach. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures correctly.
