To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of Medical Assisting, Medical Terminology, and Medicine skills. Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory procedures is essential. Additionally, knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. A certification or degree in a relevant field such as Phlebotomy Technician, Nursing, or Pharmacy is preferred.
