Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. With an annual salary of 3,50,000, this role offers competitive compensation and the chance to work in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare and review single line diagrams and electrical designs to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for project documentation, reporting, and data analysis. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates. Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in electrical engineering and construction. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: A diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in site engineering and construction management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for project management and reporting. Strong understanding of electrical design principles and construction processes. Excellent site supervision skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. We are looking to fill 2 positions for this role.
