Ready, Set, Sling! This full-time on-site role is for a Senior AI-Native Creative Designer, based in Bengaluru. The Senior Creative Designer will push the boundaries of visual storytelling through advanced generative AI workflows, creating compelling graphics that blend traditional design principles with cutting-edge AI capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting complex prompt engineering strategies across multiple model ecosystems, fine-tuning custom LoRAs and embeddings, and orchestrating multi-modal creative pipelines that seamlessly integrate DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion XL, and Midjourney workflows through Discord implementations. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop revolutionary creative concepts that leverage Imagen Video, Gen-2, and Sora for dynamic brand experiences, while maintaining rigorous version control across Flux 1 and DeepFloyd IF experimentation. The role demands expertise in weight editing, model merging, and the ability to navigate rapidly evolving AI landscapes, including Phenaki, Make-A-Video, and ModelScope integrations. Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency in generative AI model orchestration and prompt engineering methodologies - Demonstrated experience with weight manipulation, custom training, and model fine-tuning workflows - Fluency in Discord-based creative pipelines, particularly Midjourney bot interactions and server management - Hands-on expertise with Stable Diffusion variants, ControlNet implementations, and LoRA development - Proven track record experimenting with bleeding-edge models: Sora, Phenaki, Imagen Video, ModelScope - Experience with Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, and emerging video synthesis architectures - Mastery of traditional design fundamentals: typography, branding, and visual hierarchy - Portfolio demonstrating innovative AI-assisted creative work and model experimentation - Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with immediate availability - Background in B2B marketing creative strategy preferred - Self-directed learning mindset for staying current with rapidly evolving AI research and model releases OrbitalSling is looking for creative technologists who live at the intersection of art and artificial intelligence.
