As a Lead Business Systems Analyst in the Jira Governance & Support Team at DTCC, you will collaborate with other IT Subject Matter Experts and the Jira user community to enhance the Jira implementation. Your role will involve deep understanding of Jira's role in supporting DTCC's Project Management and System Delivery Process. You will identify improvements to the DTCC Enterprise Jira Standard (EJS), analyze issues, propose solutions, and continuously enhance your expertise as a Jira subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include producing functional specifications and supporting documentation, creating and implementing test cases, leading workflow design, contributing to user experience design, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, reviewing delivery schedules, documenting systems, recommending process improvements, and integrating risk and control processes into daily activities to manage and mitigate risks effectively. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 6 years of related experience in commercial software development and/or service/infrastructure teams, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Relevant talents for success in this role include experience with Jira, Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Phased/Waterfall), Requirements Definition, Test Case Development/Execution, working on large-scale improvement projects, handling operational requests, understanding System Delivery Processes, adopting a collaborative approach to requirements development, problem-solving skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and industry certifications such as CSM, PMP, or other relevant certifications are preferred. *NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **,
