As a Lead-Biostatistician at Syngene International Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to perform Biostatistical activities in the Biometrics Department for Clinical Studies Phase 1-4. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing protocols, preparing and implementing SAP & RAP, conducting sample size calculations, providing statistical consultations, preparing and reviewing randomization lists, tables, listings, and graphs, as applicable. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing statistical reports, providing support for blinding and unblinding documentations, preparing and reviewing standard operating procedures, and training, guiding, and mentoring associate biostatisticians and junior programmers. You will also be involved in setting objectives and appraisals for the team and interacting with clients to address statistical queries. Furthermore, you may be assigned other responsibilities by the organization as needed. To qualify for this role, you should hold an M.Sc. in Statistics, Ph.D. in Statistics, or any equivalent degree in Statistics. It is essential that you have expertise in programming languages, preferably R and SAS, and possess clinical trials exposure in Pharmacokinetics and Phase I-IV. With 10-15 years of experience in the field, you should demonstrate proficiency in English (reading and writing), stress management, empathy, conflict resolution, and patience.
