Pharmacy In-Charge

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Pharmacy In-Charge to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations at our healthcare facility in Miriyalaguda. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance, along with leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department.
• Manage procurement, storage, dispensing, and inventory of medicines.
• Ensure availability of medicines and medical supplies at all times.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation, billing, and stock records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital administration for smooth operations.
• Monitor expiry dates, cold chain management, and drug safety protocols.
• Handle audits, inspections, and quality control processes.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
• Valid pharmacy registration.
• 3–6 years of experience in hospital or retail pharmacy operations.
• Strong knowledge of drug management systems and inventory control.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
